Provider and scope
These terms govern services provided by ThinkMerit EdTech Pvt Ltd under the Unpoplar brand, including SkyHop, Scientific Calculator, Intelligent Shark, Parallel Clone and Unpoplar Marketing. Read the applicable product description and purchase terms before ordering. Specific written order terms apply to that order; mandatory consumer rights are not excluded by these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract to make a purchase or act for an organisation. If you are not, a parent, guardian or authorised representative must make the purchase where the product permits your use. Follow product-specific age and store restrictions. Provide accurate account details, safeguard your credentials and report suspected unauthorised access. Shared sign-in identifies you; access to paid features, workspaces and administration is granted separately.
Permitted use
Use services lawfully and only with permission to use the data and third-party accounts you connect. Do not attempt unauthorised access, exploit security weaknesses, distribute malware, infringe others' rights, impersonate others or send unlawful or unsolicited communications. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, unlawful use, non-payment or legal obligations.
Products and third parties
SkyHop is a game; Scientific Calculator provides computational tools whose results you should independently check for important decisions. Parallel Clone compatibility varies by app, Android version and device; it does not grant permission to bypass another app's licensing or security restrictions. Marketing users remain responsible for their content, approvals, recipient permissions and connected accounts. Third-party services and app stores have their own terms and availability limits.
Intelligent Shark and financial risk
Market information, analysis and software outputs do not guarantee accuracy, suitability or investment returns. Trading and investing involve risk, including loss of capital. Follow the product's financial disclosures and independently assess decisions. A subscription purchases the described software or service, not assured profits. Broker access or execution features, where offered, require separate authorisation and do not remove your responsibility for trading decisions.
Prices and subscriptions
The plan, currency, price, billing frequency, applicable taxes and any recurring billing terms will be shown before payment. Only services actually offered at checkout are available for purchase. Recurring plans renew as disclosed until cancelled. Cancellation and refund handling are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Free, trial, beta and custom offerings may have different limits disclosed with the offer.
Content and intellectual property
We or our licensors retain rights in our software, branding and content. You retain your rights in material you submit and authorise us to process it as necessary to provide the requested service. You must have permission to submit or publish that material. Access does not transfer ownership of the software.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to maintain reliable services but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free output or compatibility with every third-party service. AI-generated and automated output requires appropriate human review. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation of responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes, termination and disputes
We may update services and these terms, providing notice of material changes where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights relating to an existing purchase. You may stop using a service; deleting an app or account does not itself cancel an external subscription. Contact thinkmerit@gmail.com to resolve concerns.
