Scope and product notices
This notice covers Unpoplar's website, shared accounts and the listed products. Data use depends on the product, platform and features you choose. Product-specific privacy notices linked below provide additional details, including device permissions, advertising and connected services. Those notices supplement this shared policy; they should not be read as saying all products collect the same information.
Shared accounts and service records
When you use Unpoplar sign-in, we process identity and profile information such as your name, email, account identifier, verification status, roles and sessions. Authentication and security records may include login events, IP address, browser/device information and timestamps. Each connected product receives the identity and permissions needed to provide its service. Email verification, password recovery and requested email sign-in codes are service messages, not marketing subscriptions.
Information you provide
We process support emails, reports and attachments you submit, and transaction references or payment status needed for billing support. Marketing workspaces may process organisation information, content, connected-service permissions and integration credentials. Intelligent Shark may process broker or portfolio information when you authorise connected features. Do not submit information you are not entitled to share.
Device and product information
SkyHop and Scientific Calculator may keep gameplay, calculation history, saved work and preferences on your device. Store versions may use advertising, purchase, analytics or crash-reporting services as described in their notices and settings. Parallel Clone manages on-device app containers and may receive diagnostics and support attachments you choose to submit; third-party apps used inside it retain their own data practices. Shared account login is separate from third-party app or broker login.
Purposes
We use relevant information to provide and secure accounts and products, carry out requested integrations, respond to support and privacy requests, deliver transactional email, administer purchases, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Optional marketing messages and non-essential tracking require the choices or permissions applicable to that activity; signing into one product is not blanket consent to unrelated marketing.
Service providers and sharing
Information is processed by hosting, authentication, email, payment and other service providers needed for the feature you use. Unpoplar uses Keycloak for shared authentication and Resend for transactional email; email support is handled through the Gmail address listed here. Where checkout uses Razorpay, payment information is handled under that provider's process. App-store transactions are handled by the store. Connected platforms and AI providers receive relevant inputs when used for your requested workflow. Workspace administrators may access workspace information. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights and security.
Cookies, security and locations
Essential cookies or similar storage maintain sign-in, security and preferences. Remembered login can last up to one year, subject to expiry, revocation, logout and browser settings. You can sign out or clear browser storage. We use safeguards appropriate to the service, but no system is completely secure. Providers may process information outside your country; applicable transfer protections must be followed.
Retention and your choices
We retain information for service delivery, security, support and applicable record-keeping needs, and remove or de-identify it when no longer needed, subject to lawful retention and backup cycles. You can request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent where relevant, and raise a complaint at thinkmerit@gmail.com. Identity verification and lawful exceptions may apply. Local app data may need to be deleted on your device; deleting an Unpoplar account does not automatically delete third-party accounts, cancel store subscriptions or erase records we must retain.
Children and updates
Follow each product's age rating and eligibility requirements. Parents or guardians can contact us about a child's information or suspected inappropriate collection. We will assess requests and take action required by applicable law. Material privacy changes will be reflected in this policy and notified where required.
